About Arkadia
Built on Trust, Defined by Craft
A Jupiter-based general contractor devoted to custom luxury homes along Florida's coastline.
Three decades of building in South Florida
Arkadia was founded on the conviction that a home should be built with the same care a craftsperson gives a one-of-a-kind piece. The approach values honest work and relationships with homeowners and design teams.
Our Core Values
Honesty means transparent pricing, contracts and clear communication. Partnership means working with owners, architects and collaborators. Craft is attentive consideration of materials, joinery and finishes.
Jupiter to Palm Beach Island
Arkadia focuses on waterfront and custom residential projects in Jupiter, Jupiter Island, Palm Beach Island, Palm Beach Gardens and Martin County communities.
